How safe is our product?

We work with 2 products. Median 26 is a human friendly organic concentration which is extremely safe for kids and the elderly alike. We also use Median 01 which has a stronger chemical reaction. Humans and Animals are not advised to be within the premise for up to 3 hours whilst the chemical is present. Both our products are approved by KKM and SIRIM.
How long will the process take?

The whole process will take approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the premise as well as the type of products used. This is inclusive of the covering of the spaces and sanitizing the area.
Why should I go for a disinfectant service since I have other ways to clean my premises?

Regular disinfectants will only be able to sanitize certain areas and it creates temporary protections. Disinfection is crucial as it kills the germs, bacteria & viruses and it lasts for 2 to 3 months. It also recommended to achieve maximum disinfectant coverage in premises.
Is there a minimum size of a premise that we work with?

Our smallest client size so far is about 200 sq ft and we have gone up to 50,000 sq ft.
Security Measures

All of GermEx on-site staff will undergo rigorous background and security checks before deploying to premises. GermEx ensures that each crew member does not have any past criminal records in compliance with PDRM
Do we have to vacant the premises during the disinfection process going on?

Only if Median 01 is being opted for. During the process, the client would need to vacate the premise for up to 2-3 hours.
